Sharing Economy Partner (SEP or Partner)

$98 initial registration/set-up fee for “HODO Global Marketing Package” (HGMP) plus $9.98 month Maintenance Fee (waived the first 12 months) which includes:

  • Retail Sales Tracking Center (RTC) in the Binary/Placement Tree.
  • Personalized marketing website(s).
  • 24/7/365 access to HODO Business Dashboard (HBD).
  • Limited use license for use of Trademark(s).
  • Access to HODO Connect™ APP for iOS/Android devices.
  • Starting 12/1/2016 – share and refer Four (4) TripSpin™ Retail ONLY Subscriptions and PAY-NO-MORE… your personal MONTHLY TripSpin™ Subscription is FREE.

ACTIVATED RTC (Retail Sales Tracking Center)

  • Personally share and sell one (1) TripSpin™ Subscription (250BV) to yourself or to a Retail ONLY Subscriber within first four (4) weeks of enrolling or personally accumulate 500BV (no time limit).
  • RTC with a monthly TripSpin™ subscription (Paid or Pay-No-More) sold to yourself or to a Retail ONLY Subscriber dependent on resident country..

QUALIFIED RTC (Retail Sales Tracking Center)

  • Personally share, sell, and maintain a minimum of two (2) TripSpin™ Subscription sales — one (1) in the LEFT Team and one (1) in the RIGHT Team
  • Develop a minimum of 1,000 Personal TripSpin™ Rewards (PTR) on a semi-annual basis [every six (6) months] with an initial six (6) month grace period

I'M QUALIFIED BONUS POOL

  • From every new subscription sold $40 ($30 after Pre-Launch Period) is placed into an I’m Qualified Bonus Pool which is paid weekly.
  • Share in the pool by qualifying the RTC during the first 30 days (see QUALIFIED RTC requirement above).
  • Matching share earned by first upline 3 Star (enroller tree) who qualified their RTC in their first 30 days.

DIRECT BONUS

  • The first Retail Subscription sold to yourself or to a Retail ONLY Subscriber ACTIVATES and keeps (maintains) the Retail Sales Tracking Center (RTC) ACTIVE is considered an ACTIVATING sale.

  • Direct Bonuses are paid weekly to the Enroller of the RTC that generated the ACTIVATING sale and pays a $15 Direct Bonus from the initial $308.88 subscription and from the $88.88 or $48.88 monthly subscription pays a $4 or $2 Direct Bonus respectively. NOTE [1]: Pay-No-More subscriptions do NOT generate Direct Bonuses.

  • Chart below shows the escalating Direct Bonuses on one or more NON-ACTIVATING Retail Subscription sales and the corresponding BV created from sales through a single RTC.

    NOTE [2]: Should an ACTIVATING Retail ONLY Subscription expire or be canceled an existing NON-ACTIVATING Retail ONLY Subscription cannot be substituted to restore ACTIVATION, therefore, a new ACTIVATING Retail ONLY Subscription sale must be generated or the Partner can sell a Retail Subscription to themselves.

    NOTE [3]: NON-ACTIVATING Pay-No-More subscription sales count toward QTY of RETAIL SALES noted in chart below as do the referral sales from your Retail ONLY Subscribers. Retail ONLY Subscribers can refer four (4) and Pay-No-More.

TEAM/CYCLE BONUS

  • Pays $50 per Cycle up to a maximum of 600 cycles ($30,000) per week (per RTC).
  • Cycle Bonuses follow binary/placement tree.
  • Once the RTC is ACTIVATED and as long it remains ACTIVE up to 600,000BV can accumulate (be banked).
  • All BV creates Cycles – BV from initial subscription (250BV), BV from monthly subscription (50BV or 25BV).
